All rooms have got a self-dial-phone, wake up call service, hairdryer, small safe, mini-bar, internet access (for a fee), flat screen-TV with a free Sky and Sky-sports program and the hotel`s own information-channel with a trilingual information video text, HDMI- and iPod-connection, baby phone with mobile phone synchronization (rental from reception).

Each floor of the hotel is equipped with baby changing tables. On the 3rd floor you will find a small kitchen where you can re-heat baby food. All family apartments (Family I & Family II) have got an additional built-in kitchenette.

Start you day healthily with our elaborate breakfast-buffet with far more than 80 different delicacies like for example various kinds of bread, rolls and French sticks, toast, rusks and sweet pastries, assorted cold meat-cuts, smoked and cooked ham, salami, cheese platter with various types of cheese and cream cheese, large selection of regional jam specialties from the traditional company “Faller”, nut-nougat-creams, various tea specialties, basket of fruit, vegetarian spreads, muesli corner, fruit salad, selection of yogurts and curds and an egg-station.

At midday our delicious lunch buffet will „summon“ you to the table: with various fresh salads, good stock soups, 2-3 warm dishes as well as a minimum of a least one vegetarian dish and a dessert buffet with ice creams, puddings and cakes.

Eventful days are best wrapped up with a delicious dinner. Our family dinner buffet (warm & cold) is truly enjoyable: various starters, salads, versatile main courses and heavenly desserts as well as daily different 4-course menus with a vegetarian choice. The seasonally adapted theme buffet as well as the candle light buffet with an ice cream and dessert parade will delight you.

Also inclusive: alcohol-free drinks from our self-service “Grappos”-bar at mealtimes, as well as coffee and other coffee specialties (Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, Espresso, cafè latte) for a relaxing end to your meal.

Children can refill their FAMILOTEL-children mugs with drinks at our self-service „Grappos“-bar all day long and at their hearts’ desire.

Hotel inclusive services

Free shuttle-service from and to the train station “Feldberg-Baerental“ on the day of your arrival and departure, free use of train and bus service within the region with the KONUS guest card (further information under www.schwarzwald-tourismus.info). FAMILOTEL-mugs and welcome presents for the children at the day of arrival, bibs for babies and toddlers with each meal and “Alete“ baby food (by request), free rental of buggies, back carriers, high-chairs, baby phones, cots, nappy buckets, changing pads, kettles, bottle warmers, vapourisators, baby baths, stools, potties, board- and card-games, bathrobes for children and adults, sauna towels, table-tennis (racket and balls), free use of “Wichtelpfad”, adventure playground, toddler playground and climbing tree, petting zoo with goats, bunnies and sheep (not freely accessible, will be visited several times a week as part of the animation program depending on weather), free use of hotel car park, free participation in the animation program for old and young, child care on 6 days per week with 50-60 hours a week, a daily info point in front of the restaurant with tips for excursions and hikes, evening entertainment with bingo, music quizzes and live music at the bar, free entrance to the swim and sauna area with Roman steam bath, Finish sauna, bio-sauna, swimming pool with massage jets, paddling pool with a miniature water slide and a giant water slide (50m).
